Well Steph, Mike, and Curtis and the house/property certainly exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and the house is an excellent blend of 19 century charm with modern upgrades. Space galore, new appliances, good wifi, a fire pit outside..... The well provides plenty of water however those not used to well water may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking. Its a very private setting and the dogs loved the huge yard. The property is in a farming community so that needs to be considered, for us it was a plus. Its a short drive from the house to some amazing beaches and a really long bike trail. The only downside is that on some days and nights there are lots mosquitos about. That said the owners provided a robust supply of repellents. Having rented vacation homes all over the US and Canada we consider this is a stand-out and highly recommended. Steph, Mike, and Curtis are exceptional and place customer comfort and safety above all else.

Our family experienced a truly wonderful stay at the farmhouse. Each night we played games around the kitchen table. Then, when the weather permitted, we sat around the fire to roast marshmallows, view the stars, and watch the meteor showers. The yard was spacious enough for our three dogs to run around and play frisbee. It was flat and suitable for playing yard games. When the winds picked up, they were strong enough to fly kites. We enjoyed paddling in the canoe and breathing in the serenity of the beautiful ocean. The mosquitoes were relentless all day and night. We invested in quite a few cans of bug spray. We would have spent much more time outside during the day if they hadn’t been so numerous and aggressive. We highly recommend this beautiful home, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Nous étions deux familles avec plusieurs jeunes enfants. La maison était grande et bien insonorisée. Nous n’avions pas l’impression de se marcher sur les pieds. L’espace extérieur était vaste et sécuritaire. Le petit sentier pour se rendre au bord de l’eau a bcp été apprécié par les enfants. Plusieurs petites attentions étaient laissées sur place et nous avons toujours reçu des réponses très rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons adoré l’endroit et nous recommandons sans aucun doute la visite. Merci pour tout!

Great house. Great view. We went with 4 little kids and they loved it. It was also more insulated ( for the sound of baby crying ) then we anticipated which was great for the nap and night. The kitchen is well equipped.
