Everything was clean and neat as expected. Joe was easy to communicate with. Would stay there again!

Upon arrival we found that none of the beds were made and all of the linen for these beds were in the dryer and not dry. The dryer had been loaded way over capacity and we had to dry all the linens in 2 loads. The lint trap on the dryer was so full that it was presenting a possible fire hazard. we cleaned the lint trap and it filled the trash can in the laundry half way up. There is no storage down stairs for fishing equipment, coolers, etc. All fishing equipment had to stored up stairs. Thank You

Very nice location! easy boat access Wonderful outdoors experience for the whole family ( only downfall is there is limited parking)

If you're looking for quiet and comfortable this is your place. Joe was easy to communicate with, listened to concerns and addressed them quickly. Immediate response to questions. All the comforts of home are in this Air B & B. If you're looking for a beach it's an hr or more travel time unless you go by boat. Would recommend it this place.
