Nadir Place was perfect for our visit to Paris. The metro was only a two-minute walk. There were many places near the apartment to get food. Bakery was just next door. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Loved the shower. We would recommend this place if you were visiting Paris. Thank you, Nadir for all your help. Kathy and Peter

We had a wonderful stay at Nadir's apartment. He meet us at check-in and was very friendly and gave us instructions on how to contact him if we had any problems. He had a welcome list of everything from places to go, restaurants, and how to use all the appliances in the apartment. The apartment was in a great location with lots of little shops and parks to enjoy in the area. We loved walking to Buttes-Chaumont Park which is only a couple blocks away. It was also close enought to jump on the metro (11) and go anywhere in Paris. I would highly recommend his apartment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Belleville in Paris, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with its proximity to various small shops, metro stations, and restaurants adding to the overall charm of the area. The apartment itself was very clean, and it provided all the comforts one could ask for during their stay. From cozy furnishings to modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated. There is an elevator, but you still need to climb some steps, so it won’t work for people with limited mobility. We also extend our gratitude to Nadir, our host, whose hospitality truly made our stay memorable. His helpful recommendations and willingness to assist with any queries we had were greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is fantastic. It's in a great neighborhood, with a bakery right downstairs, groceries stores close by, and lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The metro stop is a short walk away, too. The apartment itself is nice, with a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, great shower, and it's very quiet at night. Nadir is a warm and gracious host. All told, this is a perfect apartment for a vacation in Paris.

The place was very nice. It's got a nice set of furniture and the kitchen was really good too. It's close to the Metro and there were lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery places near by. The one negative is that it's really noisy. I work in Paris a lot and stay there a lot at different places. I live in a noisy city in an apartment. This place has the thinnest walls I've ever experienced in Paris. You could not only hear the neighbors from the apartment's bedroom, you could understand what they were saying. And the bakery below means that people are working down there at early hours, and the smell takes over the main room every morning. You have to keep the bedroom door closed to keep it out. None of this is the host's fault. In the end it was a fine stay, but it's not a place I will stay at again.
