This is the second time we have stayed at Sandra's place and when in Roswell, we hope to do it again! Sandra is very accommodating and pleasant to chat with.

Sandra is the most hospitable host I've had! She is friendly and communicates clearly. It is a beautiful historic home, sparkling clean, and I felt right at home. Sandra graciously recommended I walk a few blocks to the local restaurant (Pecos Flavors Wine and Bistro is a must! Get the special!). She also showed me how to operate the hot tub ad offered to fix me breakfast in the morning. We had a great time chatting over coffee. I only wish I had more time to hang out, and I would love to return!

Sandra was a wonderful host! The space was very clean and cozy, and Sandra was friendly, and welcoming. She recommended a delicious restaurant for dinner and even made breakfast for me in the morning! Perfect little stay!

Sandra was an amazing hostess! We were greeted up on arival with the friendliest welcome despite the hour being a bit late. We were surprised to find out that our booking came with a complimentary breakfast, but loved every minute of being able to enjoy a nice meal while visiting with Sandra before hitting the road again. would give 10 stars if I could!
