Hector (the organizer of the stay) was great, but guests be warned that this resort (that the room is located in) is a major timeshare pusher. I would have rated this stay much higher if we had been made aware of the constant haggling we would receive to attend presentations to buy a time share. The hotel was relentless and it really put a damper on our stay. Constant calls to our room, papers slipped under the door, questioning by the sharks dressed in red uniforms. Also, the major amenities at the resort close at 8:00pm. So no pool after 8pm and it was very difficult to get food or drink unless you have a reservation in advance. Even so, VERY expensive to eat/drink at the resort. The resort also charged our card multiple times for multiple high dollar deposits and tried to charge us for extra items we did not use. The room was clean and spacious. We would have returned had it not been the other issues described above.

Hector was a great host. His place at Del Arco was beautiful. Everything he told us was exactly like he said. Loved our time there during Christmas. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Hector, you did not disappoint. It was a great vacation.
