Ground floor of a 2-storey cozy villa, close to public transport and 10 min walk from the beach. Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Hellerup 6 km from Copenhagen centre. The S-train is 5 min walk away and will take you down town Copenhagen in 10 min. The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway. The whole ground floor, basement and terrace will be at your exclusive use. The garden and the covered parking space in the driveway are shared with the upper floor of the villa. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement. To enter the apartment there is a stair of few steps.

Mooi ruim huis, mooie wijk met leuke restaurants op loopafstand. 200 meter vanaf het treinstation. Goed parkeren. Enige minpunt: je hoort de bovenburen goed(lopen en soms ook praatgeluiden).
Großes gemütliches Haus mit Terrasse und Garten - viel Platz zum wohlfühlen - sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
A beautiful apartment, full of light, though bedroom in basement probably best used for a short stay as quite dark, as you would expect. Other two bedrooms great and lovely to have separate study and outside space. Fantastic location in beautiful suburb, very close to station and super quick to get into the centre of town. Would recommend.
Beautiful place and great location. Not as kid friendly as you would hope but that’s easily fixable if some of the clutter was removed. Also if you stay longer you have to provide toiletries like soap, toilet paper, etc We had a great stay and definitely stay there again. Jen’s is very responsive. Location is the best in Copenhagen
Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Jens's place is close to the train station and shops; the neighbourhood is safe and close to the sea. We shared the house between 6 of us, but can accommodate around 8 people.

Hellerup is a very safe and charming area located north of Copenaghen.
Next to Hellerup station, located 5 mins walking from the house, you'll have easy access to a supermarket and to a delicious bakery, and you can quickly reach the city centre with the S-train.
We suggest our guests to take their time to enjoy the neighbourhood of Hellerup. Take a walk through the green streets and enjoy the beautiful Danish architecture of villas and embassies. You will encounter the seaside suburb in 5 mins walking, where you can find delicious restaurants, luxury deli's, boutiques selling fine shoes and fashionable clothing and the newest trends in furniture design, arts and crafts. And for a relaxing movie evening, do not miss the MovieHouse rooftop, located inside the Experimentarium!
Hellerup has also got a harbour - Hellerup Havn, and a kid-friendly beach - Hellerup Beach with plenty of sand, few stones, shallow water, and a big playground with swings. You'll see plenty of Danes there, taking a swim even in full winter.
For a healthy morning walk or short byke tour, head north towards Charlottehund Beach (strandpark). You'll bump into a relaxing park around Charlottehund castle (Slot), and a lovely hidden spot full of ancient trees (Forstbotanisk Have).
If you want to spend a half day in the nature, get off at Klampenborg station (2 stops by train) or byke there, and enjoy the beautiful ancient oakforest of Jægersborg Dyrehave, a park popular with hikers ad cyclists with over 2,000 wild deer, woodlands, a Baroque manner and even an amusement park, Bakken.
The same coastal train can take you to the world famous Louisiana Museum in 30 mins. Highly recommended!
