What a great couple of days! We were able to check in a bit early, and the communication was great. House was amazing, location was great, and the view of the water was unbeatable. It’s a great place that you really don’t have to ever leave the development. We rented bikes, went for walks, lounged at the pool, ate a nice meal at the Harbor Club, had a great lunch at Yawls Cafe, and found some spots to fish. When we did leave, we did an afternoon in New Bern, a morning golfing, and a BBQ lunch in town at Rick’s BBQ (amazing BTW)… When our dryer broke, they sent out a repair guy (who was great) the next morning. And when it couldn’t be fixed, we were able to use the rental house next door to finish up our laundry. Everyone at Beth Frazer and Associates was super helpful. We are hoping to be back again!
Our family believes we found a gem at River Dunes. What a location! Our vacation was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the neighborhood and its amenities. The house is beautiful and inviting. It lived up to all of our hopes and expectations. Check in and out was simple. When we placed a maintenance call, the response was prompt. Our family is ready to return to this fabulous place!

The house, the location and the community amenities were all wonderful. The house is spacious and well appointed with quality furniture. The screened porches and decks were fantastic. It is hard to beat a morning coffee sitting on a screened deck immediately off the master bedroom looking at the boats in the marina below. Oh and our dog loved it too!
Great property in a lovely community. Loved watching the boats from the private porch. Everything you need to eat in, or stroll to the cafe. Seconds from the docks, the pool, and more. A great escape!
