Ayanna's home was perfect for our needs while visiting Milwaukee. It was clean, cozy, quiet, and an easy drive into downtown. Ayanna was welcoming and was quick to respond with any questions that we had. The home had everything needed to prepare a meal and is also within a short walking disrance to a few bars and restaurants. I would certainly recommend to someone looking for a quiet stay outside downtown.
I am so incredibly grateful for Ayanna’s place. We came to Milwaukee from California so I could have brain surgery with a specialist at Froedtert (8 mins away by car), and stayed for two weeks while I was recovering. I can’t say enough good things about Ayanna’s house (or Ayanna!). First of all, it was SO clean. Spotless, odor-free, but still well stalked with essentials. The neighborhood was very walkable, and although I wasn’t able to get out much, my boyfriend walked to many coffee shops within a mile or so and enjoyed checking out the beautiful old Milwaukee homes on his walks. It felt completely safe at all times. The furnishings were comfortable and (again) felt really clean and not over used. Beds were amazing! Ayanna herself was very responsive and kind and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to have an exceptional stay. If you’re coming to town for surgery at Froedtert (or for literally any other reason), I highly recommend Ayanna’s place. Five stars, for sure!
Ayanna's place is spotless, functional, and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the new bathroom, kitchen, and appliances. Parking in the driveway was easy, but apparently the garage could be available too. The location is private, quiet and convenient. Withing walking distance, you can find some popular bars and restaurants. We liked Story Hill BKC for breakfast. Ayanna was helpful and kind to us. We really enjoyed our stay.

My experience with AirBnB is that often the pictures are different than the reality …..NOT the case here ….it actually exceeded expectations and had all the little touches ….super convenient; clean ; peaceful ; very comfortable bed & furniture and responsive host ….if I could give 6 stars I would ….stayed here a week and would do it again ….perfect rental
