I stayed at Jenny's place with 3 school friends( we're in our 60's), and it was perfect. We totally loved the house, location and proximity to exploring nearby. Comfy beds, great fireplace, amazing book collection, and responsive hosts. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend!

Comfy, stylish, roomy farm house with resident friendly hen. Everything is there to ensure a memorable visit. Duel fireplace in kitchen/lounge was a winner. Highly recommend.

This was our third visit to Jenny's beautiful property. My girlfriends and I have made it an annual tradition to stay a weekend at what we call 'The Homestead'. It is just beautiful and we always have the most relaxing time, our home away from home together. We especially love the Homestead's friendly chicken, who we named 'Henrietta' - we wanted to take her home with us! Jenny was very accommodating and allowed us a later check out, communication is always great & responsive. We cannot wait to return again next year, thank you again for having us Jenny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenny’s property. The house is located just outside of town in a most idyllic setting. The house is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the facilities overall were of a high standard and the surrounding garden and countryside are just beautiful. We had a peaceful and relaxed visit and just loved being in the ‘farm like’ environment. Jenny was a very good communicator and provided all necessary information in a timely manner. Jenny also provided a great manual with lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The proximity of the property to Mt Field National Park was a big plus for us. We would strongly recommend Jenny’s place for a relaxing stay in one of Tasmania’s beautiful country areas.
