Cozy place with great hot tub and pool! 5 min walk to the slopes. Tight bedroom but super comfy bed. Games to play and plenty of glassware in the kitchen. Loved the fireplace and extra heaters available. Easy check in/out and plenty of parking. Only downsides were no coffee, some dead bugs in the bathroom, and no extra towels for the hot tub.

Overall, great experience. Super cozy spot. The heating (fireplace & electric heater) was more than enough to keep the house warm. The instructions & descriptions were incredible. Apartment is on the first floor and there’s good parking. The air mattress is definitely broken. It deflated immediately. Bathroom is small, but functional.

This is a great little condo with easy access to the resort and downtown Steamboat. Space was warm and cozy, decorated very cute and the layout worked well for our family of three. The shuttle stop to town and resort is right next to the building, but the resort is definitely within walking distance (my teens did it w/ full ski gear and no complaints a couple of times). We loved the hot tubs and pool just down the walkway. Melissa was a great communicator and responded to my questions asap. We’ve vacationed in Steamboat many times and would definitely book this spot again when we come back.

Place worked great for spring break. Free Bus is right out the door or it’s just a short walk to the slopes. As other reviews, it is chilly but once you turn on the fire place and all the space heaters, it does warm up. Easy access to pool and hot tub.
