We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eva's chacterful 'Cozy Cottage'. Eva provides everthing & more for a very comfortable stay, without being intrusive. The location was ideal.
Cottage was nice and clean. Lovely place to stay for our first time as an Air b&b guest. Eva was very welcoming. Loved being able to have our dogs stay with us.
Eva was very gracious when I needed her assistance, she responded immediately and was very kind. We would love to stay with Eva again in the future. Thank you.
Eva's place was very clean. She was a great host and very responsive to messages. She even went above and beyond for my frenchie to make sure she had everything she needed. The extra touch of a handmade card specifically for my frenchie was sweet.

Sailor, renovator, retired cattle farmer and animal lover. Have lived in three continents and now call Australia home (but New Zealand and SE Asia tempt me.) Happy to help you arrange things if required but know that you will have your privacy in the cottage as a cozy, comfortable, family and pet friendly base. I am just the second owner of this cottage built over two years during WW2 while the owners lived in the block garage on the property. Grace, the woman who had it built, sold it to me when she was 97 years old! It’s heartwarming to see the cottage getting a new lease on life with so many guests using it to explore this gorgeous area bordered by both lake and ocean, or as an cozy resting place on a road-trip. I’ve hosted families with up to three children, and I’ve hosted guests with dogs, birds and more travelling cats then one would imagine. I look forward to continuing to make this old (old!) cottage a modest two bedroom with full kitchen a place that you will feel welcome.
