was right in the middle of everything. very nice room breakfast was good. parking was tight, but doable. walkable to all the amenities.

We loved our stay at the Duval House! We were greeted with detailed information about our stay and even a complimentary beverage to kick off our vacation in Key West. We loved morning coffee and breakfast by the fountain, taking a dip in the pool after exploring, and sitting on the front porch watching the sights on Duval Street. Parking was a bonus! We loved that we could walk to everything-Mallory Square, the Southernmost point, Fort Zachary state park (rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment here), restaurants, shops, bars, etc! We loved have a nice comfy king bed and a couch to come home to each night. We booked a sunset snorkel tour with Fury directly through our stay and it was fantastic! We had such a great stay in the Conch Republic! The only thing I’d note is that the kitchen has limited equipment and some of the cabinets/tile could use fixing/ an upgrade-but it was fine for what we needed it for which was basically a fridge. Thanks for a great trip!

Beautiful property. The large courtyard and pool area is impeccably maintained. Evelyn was so kind to walk us around upon check in made us feel welcome. Susan's breakfast was nice and they made waffles to order. our room was spacious and we enjoyed the front balcony in the early morning to sit and enjoy the sights. We will be back.

Beautiful place in the center of a busy tourist place. Our suite was very clean, beautiful patio with views of Duval street below. Can walk to nice restaurants and enjoy night life. Would recommend if visiting Key West!!
