Because it was graduation weekend I understood the increased rate as was most places in Tallahassee over the weekend. Michael’s place was literally “just like home” with multiple personal touches and cozy surroundings. Out family & friends enjoyed the screened front porch and keyboard. The front bathroom was a little tight for a larger person but that’s expected in older homes. Comfortable, cozy linens and Michael’s response rime was always prompt. Thank you for a great place to celebrate a grad weekend!

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, a short walk from cascades park. The house was big enough for 7 of us. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided, although the clothes dryer was broken. The outdoor areas were not as expected. The listing says “Private back garden - Fully fenced (an open space on the property usual covered in grass)”. The concrete driveway wraps around the back and covers the fenced area which is full of old wood, bamboo, a bathtub, and other debris. The front yard is grassy and does have a short fence but doesn’t offer much space or any furniture. There is a side patio with furniture and a grill. The front porch is nice but was full of bikes and other things during our stay. Aside from the disappointing outdoor areas we did have several house/host related inconveniences, including a rodent. Mike rectified what he could quickly but was sarcastic and defensive when we requested partial compensation. Our request was declined.

Cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to a nice park, restaurant, and brewery, and a short drive from anywhere else in town. Came up for a football weekend and the house was perfectly suited for our needs. Stay here with confidence! We would again.

Came into town for the GT game and Michael was an excellent host. He met us at the house for check-in on Thursday to show us the lay of the land. The house has plenty of room to sleep 8 comfortably and is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood near the capitol. Only gave 4 stars for location because if you're coming for an FSU game you'll need to drive yourself, get an uber, or be prepared for a long walk. All in all it's a great house and I'll be staying there for games in the future.
