A Family Paradise in Belize: Our Unforgettable Stay From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay in Belize was going to be something special. The house, a stunning blend of comfort, security and modern elegance, welcomed us with open arms. The swimming pool served as a delightful haven of happiness for the toddler, aged two, and a serene retreat for the grown-ups. It provided a soothing escape from the heat. A great ocean beach view provided a post card view of the blue ocean waters. The Placencia sidewalk,(google it) outside the back gate, provided walking access to restaurants and shops. The house was more than just a place to stay, it was our home away from home. The Breville coffee machine is delightful in the mornings. George, our exceptional chef, crafted culinary delights that became the highlights of our journey. Can't give enough compliments to George. (5 stars) The housekeeping service provided a delightful experience, was remarkably efficient, and exceptionally courteous.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Ohana! The location is ideal and the house is fabulous. Communication with Isabelle was fast and efficient. The chef, George, really made the trip a stand out! Delicious meals al fresco, just steps from the beach. This is a wonderful spot for a trip to Placencia!

If you have any hesitations about staying at Ohana, get rid of them. The 5 star reviews are true. Ohana is better than even the pictures depict. It feels like your own private beach. Waves so minimal in the morning we took our pool floaties out there. The main strip near restaurants and shopping is right at the gate. Could not be easier. The chef George was the highlight of our trip. So friendly and his food is truly delicious. He gave us art with each meal and was accommodating with all dietary preference. His flour tortillas are *chefs kiss. Isabelle and Gilles could not have been more helpful in preparation for our stay. It felt like talking to a friend. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Ohana is a beautiful home, with a beautiful beach and pool and all of the high touch amenities you could need for a perfect vacation. George, the chef, prepared delicious food and was always so kind, as well as the housekeepers. The house is an easy walk into town so you have lots of options and the grocery store is 5 minutes walk door to door. Would love to come back!
