This place felt like we drove to a trick. It was amazing. I wish we would have booked a couple more nights. Everything about this place is a win. The grounds are amazing, the pool was awesome, and the apartments were so comfortable. If you are on the fence... book this place.

Our party of five (plus one small dog) stayed at Villa Guinigi for one week. The communication with Francesco and the rest of the staff was great. Before arriving we received information regarding the accommodation and surrounding area. We stayed at the Abeti apartment which was furnished in lovely rustic tuscan style. Despite the close proximity of the apartments within the compound, we still had our privacy and could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. One small thing that could be clarified regarding this particular apartment is the low ceiling of the second floor bathroom. Because of the angled roof the tub is more suited for a bath than taking a shower. However, the first floor shower worked for all of us. Finally, we would like to thank Villa Guinigi and staff for a great vacation. We gladly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

We had a beautiful stay at Villa Guinigi! Everything was exactly as described and the place was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very helpful with any question we had and ready with great recommendations to eat near the airbnb. Could not recommend enough!
