The place is peaceful and in a beautiful location . Breakfast was great.
Wonderful place - Sylvia welcomed us very well, the rooms were comfortable and the living room perfect for welcoming our 20+ people party
We booked the place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was the right choice. It is a beautiful place with an amazing view and there is everything that one may need to organize such kind of event. And of course a big thanks to Silvia for the help and patience with our numerous questions:)
Silvia surpassed all expectations we had as our host. She couldn't have been more welcoming, cooperative, friendly, and proactive! -Communicative: Silvia always responded very promptly, answering any questions I had. -Friendly: I knew it would be a fantastic stay when I saw how welcoming she was in our messages - sharing our excitement! -Accommodating: We held a wedding (only 16 people) at the rental, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She made several recommendations for different vendors we were looking for, she even provided some of the decorations we were missing, and continued to offer her assistance however possible. -Location: In the hills, with the beautiful pool, you couldn't find a more beautiful place to stay - peaceful as can be, just a short drive from Assisi! -Space: PERFECT spot for a large group, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. With the size of the property, and amenities, it was perfect! YOU MUST STAY HERE WITH SILVIA! It was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
My family had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s place. We loved the pool and the gardens. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids especially liked holding and playing with the kittens. Silvia organized a pizza party and an amazing dinner at the neighbor’s down the road We’ll be back one day. Thank you Silvia!!

自我介绍
My husband Eddie and I love being hosts. We both have been in tourism for many many years and our favorite part of the job has always been the contact with guests/customers. Eddie is originally from the US, he has also lived in London and in Munich but most of his adult life he has actually spent in Italy, the place of his heart. :-) I grew up in Germany, lived in Hungary for a year and in the Caribbean right before I moved to Italy in 2017. We love this little piece of paradise we live in now and are happy and excited to share it with guests from all over the world. What we like most is getting to know our guests, listening to their stories, exchanging experiences, sometimes it even ends up in wine-filled evenings and conversations. ;-) But please don't worry, we know how to respect privacy if you should prefer to just enjoy the peace and tranquility during your stay.
