Apartment size: 43 m2. 1 bedroom: 1 King Size double-bed (180 x 200 cm). 1 double sofa-bed (2 people). 1 private bathroom with a shower. This charming apartment is located on the first floor of the house (there is an elevator). The American kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is provided with a sofa that turns into a bed for a third and fourth host. Also, the apartment is provided with a dining area with table and chairs. Every apartment is fully equipped to the highest standard. They include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, air conditioning, flat screen TV, complete kitchenware and free WiFi Internet Access, washing machine, ironing kit and hairdryer. The decor and finish in the apartments is of the finest quality to make you feel like home. The apartment has access to the common terrace of the house, with a pool and sunbeds for our guests.

A great flat! Well appointed, great air con, easy to find, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Seville, a large and comfortable bed, and very quiet too. Messages were answered quickly and in detail when needed, and the host company's representatives were always friendly and knowledgeable too.
Beautiful apartment, very dark at night and quiet which means you can sleep in! Huge bed, great linen and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the pool area and the cute courtyards. Easy to leave bags after check out if your flight is later which was a huge help. Thanks so much!
Our stay was fantastic. It is very walkable to the major sights and a great base. The pool was a godsend in the 40° heat! A great place to stay 🥰
Stayed for 9 nights. Thank goodness for the air conditioning! Everything worked and the whole place was fantastic. All the arrangements were simple and the host was super communicative and responsive. Would love to come back and stay again.
Lovely apartment, clean, modern and tidy. We were able to check in early a we had an early flight and store baggage after. Pool is lovely. Surrounding area is also lovely. Also good recommendation. Easily accessible to the centre. Would highly recommend! Thankyou for you stay!

The apartment is located in Santa Catalina neighbourhood, historic center of Seville. In the surroundings there is a bakery, a supermarket and lots of good tapas bars and restaurants (100 meters away, in Gerona Street, you will find 'El Rinconcillo' bar, the oldest bar in the city dating back to 1670).
Near the apartment there is one of the oldest churches in the city, the medieval Church of San Román (14th Century).
Enjoy the most popular shopping area of the city starting at Metropol Parasol "Las Setas", a futuristic panoramic terrace which includes a traditional food market and an archeological museum inside. The shopping area (Sierpes Street, Tetuán Street and surroundings) is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment and the Cathedral and Giralda Tower are 15 minutes.
Located in the Street Matahacas n. 14, the apartment is very conveniently connected with all the Seville’s neighbourhoods because of its closeness to the bus stops at Plaza Ponce de León (300m. distance), and there is a public parking located 300m from the apartment (Escuelas Pías Parking in Plaza Ponce de León).
The distance with Seville’s Airport is 11km (15 minutes by taxi).
The main train station, Santa Justa, is located 1,4km away (5 minutes by taxi).
The 2 bus stations in the city are Plaza de Armas Station (5,4km) and Prado de San Sebastián Station (2,3km).
