Fred's house is big, clean and tidy， two people live in it will very comfortably. There is a small garden inside the house, the scenery is so beautiful. The bathroom is large, very convenient. The house is easily accessible, 10 minutes'walk from the railway station and 15 minutes' walk from downtown Colmar.Fred is very nice, very warm and friendly, can speak several languages, English is very good, if you need any help, he will give you a patient answer at the first time. I highly recommend you to stay in his house! 弗雷德的房子很大，很干净整洁，两个人住起来很舒服。房子后面有一个小花园，景色很漂亮。房子浴室很大，洗澡很舒心。房子交通便利，走路的话距离火车站10分钟，距离科尔马市中心15分钟。弗雷德人很好，非常热情和友好，会好几种语言，英语说得很好，你如果有什么需要帮助，他都会在第一时间给你耐心的解答。我非常推荐大家入住他的房子！

Super Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Viertel. Fred war flexibel und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sauber mit einem tollen Geschmack. Gutes Peus-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Colmar ist eine Wunderschöne Stadt die ich gerne wieder einmal besuchen würde.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fred's place. He was very accommodating and friendly. The room and his place was located centrally (only 5 mins walk to the station and 15 mins walk to town). The bathroom is right next to that room so it was very handy. The only small thing was that the shower was quite difficult to work (probably just us not knowing how it works), it was either scorching hot or ice cold, no in between. Other than that, it was great!
