Her home was amazing and perfect for our team trip, spacious and peaceful. If you are in need a of place for a large team or family get away close to Richfield, then this is the place! Teri was a great host not only was the Lodge perfect she even took time out of her day and we followed her 2 towns over to a great fishing spot. Highly recommended Host. Perfect views and very clean lodge.

Worked perfect for our family reunion. It was great having so many bedrooms/bathrooms. Teri was great to respond to all my questions. It did get pretty warm in the afternoons, but it was doable with the swamp cooler and individual room air conditioners. We would stay there again!

This was a perfect place to hold our family reunion. There was plenty of space for group activities and private rooms when people needed a break. Teri was very responsive and had excellent ideas about local activities. We went horseback riding, hiked to a waterfall, went rock hounding, got family pictures taken, visited Bryce canyon, and enjoyed 4th of July festivities. We enjoyed the nice walking/running/biking trail just outside the property. At the house we used the pool table, ping pong, foosball, TV, games, lake, and fit pit. Kitchen was well stocked and had room for plenty of refrigerated and frozen food.
