This place was exactly what we were wanting. A peacful, beautiful place on the lake. Best hosts ever and their furry friends made us feel right at home. Will certainly be back for a stay when in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heron's Roost. San and Karl are wonderful hosts. Friendly and very helpful making us feel right at home. We enjoyed our conversations with them and Chief is a real sweetheart. Another perk was being able to walk our dog, Coope,r around the beautiful neighborhood. So peaceful! We consider San and Karl our friends from SC now and would highly recommend staying at their place.

Our stay at the place was nothing short of magical! Nestled amidst nature’s embrace, this charming retreat provided a perfect paradise for your soul and mind. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly and shown around the place with detailed explanation how everything works. Also, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake. We felt cozy heavenly like home. The attention to detail was exceptional – from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated: the library to stay busy inside, TV, fireplace, laundry, full kitchen, outside fire pit with wood logs supply. The hosts were gracious and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. If you’re seeking a tranquil escape this lakeside cabin appartment is a hidden gem. We left rejuvenated, already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you for sharing this slice of paradise with us! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at Air BNB's before, but this location really stood out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nice breakfast treats and everything needed to cook. The bed was the so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. The scenery was absolutely amazing. The lake view was picture postcard like and so peaceful. The best part of the trip was sitting on the dock just enjoying the view. We look forward to going back in the future. San was a pleasure to talk to and gave us good information about the area.
