we stayed here from 04/22/22 to 04/27/22 and was amazed as to how close it was to all local amenities which were within walking distance in both directions of the apartment and if you wanted to go further afield there is a bus stop right outside the road entrance of the apartment (bus fare is $4 Canadian dollars per adult and you can also get a return within 2 hrs on this ticket for the same price) there is a Walmart supermarket about a 15 minute walk (5 minutes by car) up the road from the apartment (if you are walking go out the roadside door of the apartment block and turn left and walk up Dundas St, if you don't feel like walking cross the road and right outside the Burlington fire house station 7 there is a bus stop and you will need to get off at Dundas & Appley and cross over and walk through the parking lot) if you dont feel like walking that far come out the security door walk across the parking lot turn right and walk for about 3-5 minutes and there is a small selection of shops there ( LCBO, shoppers, Starbucks and farm boy supermarket) or walk for about another 2-3 minutes and cross the road and there is a larger selection of shops there ( Tim Horton's, Longo's (supermarket), halibut place (fish &chip shop) cob's bakery ( all bread, rolls and cakes made on site, their crusty rolls and plain scones are the best we've tasted) there are also other shops down that area from the window of the apartment you can see the yellow M of McDonalds We would highly recommend booking this apartment from the lovely owners, we couldn't get the TV to work on the 1st night there so messaged them and the gentleman came around 1st thing Saturday morning and talked us through how to use the remote (modern technology isn't our strong point) booking this through Air BnB was easy and the owners replies were 1st class
