Wonderful place to stay, great amenities & character
A great place. Historic building in a great location and quiet at night. Had everything you could possibly need for a getaway. We feel like we need to return to spend more time here....

We had a lovely stay at Heather ad Gordon's property in Lyndoch. The house is furnished with a firm nod to the buildings heritage, all the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Heather left us plenty of breakfast and cooking supplies which was greatly appreciated! The house is right int he centre of Lyndoch within an easy walk to local shops and quite a few wineries.
Enjoyed our 5 night stay, convenient for visiting family in Tanunda. Very quiet at night, walkable to cafe, IGA and pubs. Nice courtyard area and cozy lounge room with comfortable Chesterfield couch!

Local Barossa family. Heather & husband Gordon together, offer you this accommodation in one of the historic buildings from the 1850s, in Lyndoch. Lovingly preserved and decorated, we hope our guests will relax and enjoy their stay. We’d be pleased to show you the original bakers oven which served the town for around 60 years. We live nearby and can respond to any requests, or can leave you to enjoy the serenity and luxury of our little piece of paradise! We enjoy travel ourselves and experiencing AirBnB’s all over the world. Our guests come from all states of Australia, but also from nearly every continent, so it is a great pleasure to host our guests from all walks of life. Enjoy all the Barossa Valley has to offer by basing yourself in Lyndoch with us. We particularly welcome our fellow South Australian residents, to enjoy some local tastes and experiences which are easily accessible, thoroughly delectable and exciting or relaxing - the choice is yours!
