Very clean and wonderful backyard

Great place to stay in Nashville, especially for a larger group, Bachelorette Party, Family get-a-way, etc. Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room basement and lotsa room to spread out. We only had 5 in our party, but it was still worth the price as we were VERY comfortable and the home was SUPER CLEAN. We really loved the "in case you forgot stuff" closet with hair products, toothpaste, etc. - What an awesome touch! Investor-Owners were very responsive and they have many other units so they know how to keep the unit repaired, clean and ready for the next guest ... even with a full calendar!

I would say this listing is far beyond what we ever expected! The backyard alone is worth the price of the listing! Everyone had their own bed. There were plenty of extra amenities if we forgot some thing, and with such a large hot tub and pool, there were more than enough towels available! Super easy to get downtown, but we found ourselves enjoying the Airbnb even more than we wanted to be on Broadway.  11 out of 10 would stay again.

Enjoyed a relaxing spring break in Nashville. Pros- Plenty of space for a big combined family gathering (4 adults and 4 kids). Awesome backyard! Great communication with hosts. Cons- However, the house is a bit dated, bathrooms are small and the neighborhood (while close to everything) felt a bit worse for wear
