Hi! I am Antelli Marzia, founder and manager of Anthos Casa Vacanze, a beautiful location consisting of two villas with several apartments of different sizes in an oasis of peace, on a hill with spectacular views and just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea, in Abruzzo. My website was built in 2014 but after only a few months of activity i understood that doing my job with passion, the direct management of the apartments and good service for a moderate price are the best way to make the difference in the wide range of holiday rental websites in Abruzzo and nearby regions. I provide a full property management with the help of family members and my cleaning and maintenance staff ensure that each property is well taken care of. So Anthos Casa Vacanze is not an agency, my goal is my guest’s satisfaction and I do believe that this is only possible with the direct contact guest-owner. I've also the firm belief that your reviews are the most powerful marketing tool and for the success of Anthos Casa Vacanze nothing is more precious than a satisfied guest. The results told me that I was right: I achived my target in terms of guest satisfaction (please read all my Airbnb reviews). My apartments are usable all year but already in April you can use the beautiful salt water pool, heated with a solar thermal system; therefore, from April to the end of October, besides being able to visit Abruzzo and the nearby Marche, you can taste our gastronomic specialties (wine, oil, fish, arrosticini, spaghetti alla chitarra and many other Abruzzo specialties), you can swim and relax in our pool! I am also a good beautician and, why not, if you wish, you can use the services offered in my Beauty Center in Giulianova. I’m hoping to see you in one of my apartments! Sincerely, Marzia.
