Hi, If you are new to Airbnb, let me welcome you to a platform that will change the way you do your vacation! If you are a seasoned Airbnb guest, then you already know how wonderful it is to stay in a beautiful place that you will call home for a few days, or even a month! Our family of 5 has been traveling the world for the last 20 years using Airbnb-type accommodations when they weren't even call Airbnb's. Staying in someone else's home was taking a risk and was quite novel years ago, but Airbnb is a legitimate platform and an incredible option in the hospitality industry. Who ever thought of staying in someone else home?? Our first stay was in Greece and, OH MY, we got very lucky and stayed in a beautiful home in the center of Athens. Spectacular! Our next adventure was Italy where we stayed in Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Venice, Florence and the Tuscany region. Needless to say, we fell in love with staying in locals' homes, where we truly experienced the culture. Isn't that what travel is all about? Our trips were exponentially more memorable than any hotel could have provided! Since that initial trip 20 years ago, we have traveled the world enjoying accommodations that reflect local culture. Not all places were 5-star experiences, but our focus was more about immersion and local, global cuisine. Success! Our stays have helped us to refine what a great stay looks like, and for that we are thankful. Because of our experiences, we wanted to become hosts and create a great experience for our guests! We truly aim for a 5-star experience. We may miss the mark some days, but we all have off-days, and our team is no different. We work very hard to stay on our game and keep our PADS in tip-top shape!
