The house was AMAZING, but it was only one of the reasons why it was truly a luxury experience. Rosa was a fabulous concierge who was always easy to reach, and if we asked for something, she made it happen in a jiffy. That included top-shelf on-site massages and a trip to the driving range at the foot of the volcano. Our appointed house staff, Amanda, worked quietly, competently and cheerfully, and she was a pleasure to be around. The pool, hot jacuzzi, pool jacuzzi, and the wood-fired sweat lodge were beautiful, wonderfully maintained and impeccably clean. The pool was cleaned every day. The views from the house were breathtaking and the pictures can't prepare you for the experience of looking out on the deep, vast, sweeping panorama. The community in which the house is located was beautiful, lush and clean...and the security was both robust and unobtrusive. Kudos to Cien Lugares management and La Reunión management for maintaining their properties at such high standards

The house was beautiful and rosa and Amanda were very nice and helped with anything we needed in the house. Unfortunately while we were there the light went out, Owners said it rarely happens, but the owners did everything they could do accommodate us. Overall this is a very nice house with everything you need and a nice view of surrounding volcanoes.
