I have paid comparable rates for other units on the same property. This was my second stay at this unit. I give it less of a rating because I did ask the owner for something for the ants. Everyday maybe twice a day i had to clear an ant trail. The shower was unacceptable upon arrival. The air conditioner, i barley used. Scared to use, looked as though it needed to be clean as also the fan. More attention to cleaning and pest control needed. Overall not a bad stay. I do thank the host for his response with sending someone to address the cleaning of the shower. Disappointed the ant situation wasnt addressed.

I’ve stayed at The Point many times now. It’s very private, safe, and peaceful. Damien’s place had everything I needed: strong wifi, A/C, comfy bed, kitchen with great utensils, plus a washing machine! I would definitely stay here again.

Con salida a la playa lo cual ya es una joya entre los airbnb de la zona. Totalmente recomendado. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo q se necesita.
