House remodeled and well maintained. Sleeps multiple families and kids comfortably. Great family room. Open kitchen. Outdoor patio and BBQ. Room on side of the house for 1 boat trailer parking. Close to restaurant/entertainment spots. No garage access. Long stay we may allow laundry access. NO PETS! We are located in a mostly full time resident community to limit rentals to small families or two small families looking to get away and relax. 5 adults max and 2 kids. Also a great place for boating access or desert access for families or desert racing weekends. House is limited to capacity noted. If the group exceeds the capacity you’re subject to losing deposit. No large gatherings of outside people allowed.
