Have stayed in this listing for 22 days. it is a perfect place to stay for family in this budget. Beps has been very helpful in terms of providing direction from airport and in terms of moving out. he gave all local recommendations and gave his belongings to do saving on travel. Location is very calm and neighborhood is also. Beps made sure we are very much comfortable in this location. He was keep on checking on us for any help needed which we should say it's the best quality of him. guided us to move to the new apartment for long term and we quickly got it. Anyone looking for stay as Family/Couples, it's a big deal and price saving. Cheers

It was great staying with Beps, just moved to UK and everything felt overwhelming! Beps stepped in and helped a lot with his friendly opinions and suggestions. Apart from this, the place is great in terms of space and cleanliness, felt like home. Everything is available! P.S bus stop is only 2 mins by walk.

Cozy, family oriented, and close to a playground. 35 minutes to central London, a quiet neighbourhood with a few local shops open till late. The host is very responsive and would do their best to accommodate. The flat has been recently refurbished. Affordable and clean, highly recommended.

Beps is an amazing host. He was very helpful in providing information and assistance whenever he was needed. His home is child safe. I can say we are now friends now. I would recommend it for families, staying alone period of time.

Le logement est propre et confortable. Des travaux ont été faits récemment ( peinture, parquet au sol...) tres bien situé à 2 pas des bus et 15 minutes du metro barking. Sur place un commerce de proximité qui permet aussi de recharger la oyster card. l hote est discret et de bons conseils. je recommande vivement.
