The EcoBarn is just straight up fantastic! Beautiful property with cozy and clean living space. Romantic and peaceful getaway for the wife and I (…and our little dog, she likes to roll with). Great eateries and lots of scenic outdoor stuff nearby. Rural without being isolated. We will be back!

Beautiful property, with breathtaking views! The EcoBarn was perfect for our stay, amazing open kitchen to cook, listen to music and enjoy a glass of wine from the Finger Lakes. The property was very private and had beautiful landscape surrounding the entire lot (Mountain views, private pond, huge yard, and fire pit). Rene was the best host! Super responsive, proactive, and made us feel right at home. There were so many thoughtful touches through out the property, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we visit the Finger Lakes!! Thank you, Rene!

The house was beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, grounds for walking and fireplace for atmosphere. The accommodations were a total joy for my family.

Loved everything about the house and grounds and we absolutely plan to come back! Rene was exceptionally communicative: gave great recommendations and instructions for how to operate anything in the home. Welcome drinks and cheese plate. Concrete floors and wet room shower very dog friendly. Location very close to several vineyards and hiking trails while still providing absolute privacy. you can wake up and go to sleep seeing the lights from hills across the lake; the panorama from all the sliding doors is amazing and very peaceful. It was winter so we didn’t use the lanai but we did use the outside fire pit and the woodstove. Dishwasher is whisper silent. Kitchen and bath much better stocked than other rentals- cooking oils, full spice assortment, coffee/teas, creamer, foil, several small kitchen appliances, spotless fridge, all toiletries except toothpaste. Can’t thank Rene enough for opening her beautiful home to share with others.

I booked Rene’s place for a surprise birthday getaway for my wife. Rene was a great host and was very thorough with ever step from booking to check in and to check out. The communication from Rene was excellent though all of the different aspects of the booking and the stay and the house was amazing and better than advertised. It was super quiet yet close to anything we wanted to do in the region. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the Finger Lakes area again.
