Het huis, de tuin en de locatie zijn fantastisch. Het huis was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is erg mooi aangelegd en bijgehouden. In de omgeving is binnen een kwartier rijden veel leuks te doen. Het enige minpunt waren de bedden; de matrassen waren echt heel slecht.

The host was responsive. There was a lot of day by day things missing that we had to buy for ourselves like hand soap, dish washing tabs, sponges to clean the dishes, mosquito repellers, toilet paper... The location is good because you are approx. 10 min from the Alcúdia beach by car & to the nearest supermarket. The wifi was good and the TV was working fine. The location has no named address so that can be sometimes inconvenient.

Brilliant accommodation, a little dated on the inside, as seen in the pictures, so couldn’t complain. Had a couple issues on the first day with the power, but somebody was straight out to sort the issue. We all had a great time there and would happily return.

Das Gelände der Finca ist traumhaft, toller Garten, sauberer, großer Pool, alles gepflegt und hochwertig. Frische Zitronen, Orangen, Feigen etc. im Garten, ein Traum...Es war auch alles super sauber. Toll war, dass die kaputte Kaffeemaschine sofort getauscht wurde bzw. wir eine neue bekommen haben... Das Interior ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da wäre sicher mehr rauszuholen, gerade wenn man sich im Herbst länger drinnen aufhält...aber das ist Geschmackssache und keine Kritik. Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer hat gefehlt aber ist nicht dramatisch... Bzgl. Stromkosten, die man am Ende bezahlen muss, wäre eine Nachvollziehbarkeit ohne Nachfrage gut gewesen. Es gab Nächte die waren etwas laut, da das Haus nahe der Ma-13 liegt. Es gibt nur 2 Doppelbetten, eins davon ist nur ca. 1,80x1,40- für normalgroße Erwachsene ungeeignet... Alles in Allem hatten wir aber einen tollen Urlaub.

Firstly, I will say the good things about our stay. The villa is quite beautiful. Spectacular views from the balconies. If you like traditional old Spanish design, this is the villa for you. The pool area was perfect. Very clean, very nice place to chill out with your family/friends. The garden was very well maintained and beautiful to look at. The villa was very clean, bedrooms were spotless with nice comfortable beds. Good air-con. The location was great, only 10 mins drive to alcudia beach, shops and everything else. Unfortunately we had a number of negative things to point out about our stay here. The number one being that the property is overpriced for what we got. We paid a luxury price and we expected a luxury stay. In particular, I do not understand why yous insisted I paid the 100E deposit in cash. I was told it will be returned to me in cash at 7pm the day before I leave. Instead, you gave me an extortionate electricity bill for almost 300 euro, and 'took the deposit off it' which personally I don't really believe. We were told we used 1,100kwh for one week which is ridiculous. There is no way an electricity bill for one week can be that much especially when we only used electricity at night time. Why did you insist I pay cash if you have no intentions of returning it to me. What really let our stay down was the hospitality aspect. We feel like very little effort was put into making our stay as comfortable as possible. We have informed the host that we will be arriving at 1am but there was no water or snacks provided upon arrival. Which, of course is not a requirement, but previously having stayed in Air bnb we would be welcomed with at least some drinking water and a small snack. There was absolutely nothing for us other than a bed, no tea, no coffee, no sugar, no salt, no cooking essentials, not enough soap to wash our hands in the bathrooms. Not nearly enough toilet roll to last 7 people for a week. Not even bin bags. No bathroom bins. We had to pay for everything ourselves, besides already paying 3.2K for the weeks rental. There was also a number of other problems encountered, which should NOT happen when paying a luxury price. • No running hot water for 3 days (Host wasn’t quick at responding). •Water went out completely in the evening twice. • No one ever greeted us. I understand it might be due to covid, but you had me visit your office. I feel you should have visited the house instead. We expected someone to come and show us how to use things such as the garden lights or alarm system and just a general greeting and welcome. Yes, someone arrived when we complained about not being able to turn certain lights, but someone should have greeted us and showed us around before that was an issue. • A number of times there was random people in our garden. Twice a van came in and drove around the house without saying anything to us. Another time during a rainstorm a random woman appeared in our garden and ran off. Its a very uncomfortable feeling, seeing these people you don't know appear when you thought you had paid for privacy. If yous can fix these things (and possibly make an up to date instruction book), this villa would be a pleasure to stay in. Unfortunately, compared to other airbnb villas we have stayed in as a group, this one had a lot of things to work on and we will not be returning, or recommending this villa.
