Eine gemütliche sehr saubere wohnung mit seperatem eingang sehr nette gastgeber. mit hund und kindern ideal wald ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen zum spielplatz braucht man mit dem auto 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung Galm eine rundum tolle Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist top. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis letzten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und für ein nettes Gespräch offen. Ebenfalls geben Sie einem tolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls für die Südeifel gut. Man erreicht z.B. die Teufelsschluchtund den Eifelpark mit dem Auto in ca. einer halben Stunde.

Alright so this might be a mouthful but bare with me. So overall my group and I very much enjoyed our stay. I have zero complaints about it rather just a few suggestions. If you’re an American visiting spangdahlem ab or the surrounding area and you don’t speak German I would recommend you fine someplace else. The description of the air bnb says you have the entire place to yourself which is true but slightly misleading. What they don’t tell you is that the owners of the house stay upstairs but you have this entire bottom floor to yourself. A shocker? Yes. A deal breaker? No. Because they stayed out of our way it was like they weren’t even there but we still just had to be mindful that they were just above us. But if you don’t speak any German good luck because the owners speaking very very little English so it was hard to understand them sometimes and get an idea of how things work and the rules etc etc. When I called her Frau about where the keys would be she hung up on me because she had no idea what i was saying. So I then had to call her back and speak what very little German i knew to ask where the keys were etc. And the company who emails you says theres a key box but that is false. Frau and her husband have a set time window for when you’re supposed to check in which I was unaware of and i felt bad because they had to wait and extra hour or so for us to get to them. That being said, Frau and her husband were nothing but kind to us. Anytime we saw them they would say hello good morning and ask how our stay was and if everything was good etc. I have two major suggestions. The stairs that lead down to your suite need to have like some grip tape or sand paper on them They are extremely smooth tile and if there is even the slight bit of rain etc and you walk down there I promise you that you will slip and bust your ass. (I did it twice and those stairs are unforgiving) There is also no hand rail to hold onto so you better pray to whatever god you do or don’t believe in that you don’t snap your neck. My other suggestion is that you bring your own pillows and blankets. The ones supplied were just a little awkward when it came to size and comfort. I know that sounds weird but once you see it you’ll know what I mean. Other than that we loved our stay and would absolutely do it again :)

Gabriele and her husband were very nice. The house is great and fully equipped. But the company who manage the booking is a disaster, they didn't give an answer about a change in the booking before we arrived and take too much to reply to the messages.
