This is rental for the 2Bd/3Bth Suite at Villa del Palmar Resort in Cabo. This is a Float Unit so I don't know what unit you'll get until the day you check in. But you'll get a 2Bd/3Bth Suite at Villa del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas. please check calendar for availability or text me dates you need WiFi is available is FREE. The resort has a daily enviromental tax fee of $11 The All-Inclusive Meal Program is Extra and OPTIONAL and can be paid directly to resort I also have a 2Bd-3Bth Suite for April 6-13, 2024 for $1695 And a 2Bd/3Bth Suite for April 13-20, 2024 for $1695/week as well I also have more units available at Villa del Palmar Resort for 2024 NON-Holiday weeks: 2Bd/3Bth Suite for $2495/week 1Bd/2Bth Suite for $1595/week Studio Suite for $895/week Holiday Weeks a little more, depending on Holiday The resort charges $11 a day for taxes and for keep the resort clean which you would have to pay when you check out

Hector was extremely communicative. He gave me his phone number (though I didn’t need to use it), and responded super quickly to the few questions I had. He is also friendly and helpful throughout the process. Next time we come to Cabo, we will be renting from Hector!

Check-in was the worst part, our names werent registered so we had to call the host. They figured it out but it was 30 minutes of worry and stress! The resort itself was wonderful. It was our first trip to Los Cabos and we loved - LOVED - Villa Del Palmar. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids (16,12,11) The restaurants were expensive, some evenings we grabbed an Uber for $90 pesos and went to town to eat. The resort had pool volleyball, heated pools, bingo and other games for the kids. The resort is beachfront but we only went down there once. The neighboring resort released turtles and we got to see that, it was neat! Overall, I would use this host again 😀 and I would definitely stay at Villa Del Palmar again!

Thank you for taking time to read my short Bio. I live in Riverside, CA for over 30 years and have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas since 1999. I own many timeshares in Cabo (Studios and 1Bd units and some 2Bd units) at Villa del Palmar, Villa del ARCO, Corazon Resort aka: Cabo Villas Resort, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, PB Rose Resort and Spa and PB Sunset Beach Resort and Spa (I do have a few 2Bd and 3Bd Units at PB Sunset Beach) I travel to Cabo about 1 week every 2 months and absolutely love it, it's really my 2nd home. There is so much to do and see in Cabo, from fishing, golfing, ATV, horseback riding, whale watching, seadoo's, parasailing, snorkeling, dinner cruises, party boat cruises, night life, etc. and best of all, the weather is always perfect. Cabo San Lucas is my expertise, but I also have units at Mazatlan, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Loreto Anyways, please feel free to email me the week or dates you need and what resort and unit size you prefer so I can check to see if available and give you my best price.
