Light filled, modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Guesthouse on our property but detached from main residence. Modern decor and appliances, located walking distance to local shops. 10min drive to Canberra city centre, good public transport links. The guesthouse is at the bottom of our driveway and was originally built for family to live in who have since moved on. It’s in outstanding condition and you’d be able to park your car on the nature strip of our house. All appliances are in excellent condition and wifi is included. The guesthouse is double glazed, with new timber floors, reverse cycle AC with good quality towels and linen provided for your comfort.

We spent 3 nights at Hayley’s and were very happy that we did. Visiting Canberra for the first time with our two kids, we were very happy to be in a beautiful, comfortable space in a tranquil neighbourhood. Hayley’s flat is not far from local shops and playgrounds, and is about 10-15min drive from many tourist attractions. We would gladly stay again!

There are a number of excellent cafes and bars within walking distance and with the city centre only a short 10min drive away, you'll have easy access to the best eating spots Canberra has to offer. If a quieter scene is more your style, we are also in close proximity to beautiful bush lands for you to explore - if you like a longer walk, you can even make it up to Telstra Tower on Black Mountain or across to the National Arboretum.
As mentioned, we are in close proximity to 3 local shopping centres, the closest will take you 2 mins to walk to, the furtherest still only 15 mins walk. The city centre is a 10 min drive away though we are also close to cycling paths if you like to get physical and are also very close to easy public transport links.
