Appartamento perfettamente pulito ed ordinato, posizione invidiabile a meno di 5 minuti dal Duomo e 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di SMN. Disponibilità da parte dei gestori alle richieste di custodire i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Unica sbavatura è stata il soggiornarvi in 4, essendo il posto veramente troppo piccolo per questo numero di persone.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y facil de llegar. Una de las habitaciones se encuentra en la cocina con un sofacama lo cual hace un poco complicada la logistica en la cocina. En cuanto a la limpieza, encontramos muchisimos zancudos y en el baño encontramos un par de cucarachas. No encontramos servilletas ni papel higienico adicional, la lavadora se comparte con otro apartamento sin ningun problema, pero no habia suficiente jabon para lavar ropa (solo habia un pod de jabon) cuando preguntamos a la host (personal Interhome) por estos elementos la respuesta fue que ellos proveian lo basico y que el resto corria por cuenta del huesped. Lo realmente molesto fue un cobro adicional de 140 euros por las tohallas, camas limpias y otros elementos, por consumo de la energia y del agua. Creo que esto debe ser cobrado desde el principio para asi saber el costo total del alojamiento.

The apartment is well equipped, modern, it has elevator, a super good location, it’s comfortable, clean and spacious, the view to Santa Maria del Fiore’s dome is amazing and it’s definitely the best part of the apartment. However... we had some problems, to start... the address is wrong and because of that we arrive late to do the check in (although we were at the address that is written on the app before 9 PM) and we had to pay the “late fee” for something that it was not our fault. When we arrived they only replied our emails and even so, very late. On our first day in the city we had planned to do a tour around 11 AM, but one of the doors (the one that gives access to the apartments and the corridors) was broken and didn’t want to open with the key we had. We sent emails, messages and even called a lot of times to the emergency numbers they gave it to us but they only replied 30 minutes later (saying that they would come in 30 to 40 minutes) which means we lost our tour. The city tax was charged wrong, instead os 2,50 euros per night/per person we were charged 3 euros, the electricity tax was also charged wrong.
