Booked through AirBnb - some bed info is wrong in listing. Conflicting pool rules put us off using it (do not use pool 1200-1530 or after 1900. No use after 1900 so no quiet drinks by the pool. Loud music from a neighbouring AirBnB property spoiled our pool experience during the day. We were told to shower off all sun-cream before entering pool - the side of pool was yellow from previous guests using oil based sun-cream. Lucio was strict and his welcome lacked warmth - the language understanding was poor for him and me. His introduction was all about what we could not do. The host (Lucio & family) lived in the same building (we heard his TV from our kitchen) so we had to talk quietly so that we didn’t disturb his family. Gardens very nice but with so many zones out of bounds on his property we were scared to explore! I accidentally broke a cafetière and he kindly replaced it (I paid). Beautiful area but we won’t return. Best supermarket is EuroSpin, Capaccio.

Thanks for an amazing stay in Tenuta Valente. Location, views, apartment were more than great (particulary the pool). Looking forward to coming back and definitely recommend to others :)

The fabulous home in tenute Valente is much much more than you can expect! The famly are wonderful and really want you to have a great time. The bedrooms are clean, well stocked and nicely made out. The pictures on the listing doesn't do it justice. Its huge! With vast grounds that we kept exploring, a fabulous pool, games room and well stocked kitchen. You'd be mad not to stay here, its a piece of Italian paradise
