We had a great time! The views were perfect and so beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The space was wonderful and just what we needed for a weekend away. There were a few things missing/broken around the house (including a complete lack of trash bags), but we were informed late in our stay that the person who usually is available to run things to us had been injured and was no longer available. We understand that things happen, it just would have been nice to have a bit of a heads up that we were on our own to figure things out. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The house was spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed linen were fresh and there were extra linen and towels. The house was dated and had a few issues. The house should have been more cleaned. We couldn't use the ceiling fans because there was a layer of dust on them. The kitchen table, coffee maker, some utensils and dishes were dirty. The patio screen door was broken. Some windows in the bedroom were missing entire blinds and the patio doors blinds were missing slats. We had to use bed sheets to cover the windows. However, we did appreciated that we were able to bring our dogs and we did enjoy our time in the mountains with our pups.

The location is within 20 -30 min of a lot of different things. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6 plus one dog. There were some things that disappointed us though. The location is not as private as pics indicate. It is actually pretty developed for a mountain location, with more houses being built all around and neighbors right next door. While we don't mind second hand furniture, and can look past very old carpets, we were really disappointed with the small things. The hanging livingroom blinds were half gone on both sliding doors and would not operate much at all so we were unable to use them. One bedroom was totally missing blinds on a window and we had to put a sheet up for privacy. Ceiling light/fans in bedrooms only had 1 out of 3 lightbulbs in it. The master bedroom closet had random stuff in it, but we were unable to close the closet because most of the door was missing. This could be a VERY nice place if more TLC and upkeep was done.

Cozy mountain house, good for young children. Nice outdoor space too. There are 2 repair issues that need to be adressed- the baseboard heater is broken in a downstairs bedroom and the downstairs shower faucet is broke so not possible to control the water temperature.
