Hello! I’m Pampi. Thank for visiting my profile.:) I used to belong in the corporate world in Manila but I have decided to go home for good in Mindanao in early 2013. Nowadays, I juggle my time between managing my fruit orchard, helping in the family business and taking care of my Airbnbs. I love to travel to de-stress, to learn and see new things and to get inspiration. During my trip to Korea 6 yrs ago, I first used AirBnb and I have been an avid fan ever since. Oftentimes, AirBnbs are more spacious, centrally located and offer better value than hotels. As a host, I’ll try my best to be responsive and attend to guests’ needs as much as possible. As a guest & traveler, hosts are assured that I leave the unit organized. My travel mates and I see to it that we make the bed, wash the dishes and throw the garbage when we check out. I think this is a must for using someone’s home despite paying. However, there may be rare times when we have a very early flight so we may not be able to do these things but we make sure to inform ahead the host prior to check out. My sister and I own 2 units at Vista Taft which is just a short walk from De La Salle University. It’s a very convenient place if anyone wants to explore Manila especially its historical side. Currently, I am handling 4 units in Davao City. Two are located at Abreeza Place Condo just a few steps from Abreeza Mall, third is at Camella Northpoint Condo and 4th is at One Oasis Condo which is just a short walk from SM City Davao. Camella and One Oasis are 2 bedrooms units while Abreeza Place are 2 big 31sqm studios. Except for the unit at Camella, I personally designed and styled up the other 3 units. Both Camella and One Oasis are owned by my friends but I am managing them on their behalf.
