We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Schoolhouse. Aside from the very cool history of the now home, the owners have curated the space so beautifully to match the history it has with modern amenities beautifully. All instructions were very clear and the host was very helpful and responsive.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this historic gem! The Schoolhouse is cozy and charming. Set at the end of the road in a wooded area, you feel miles from the outside world, while only being a short drive to the Dahlonega square and surrounding area. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch in the morning and sinking into the sofa to read or watch a movie in evenings. Callie’s attention to detail ensures guests have a great experience! Not only has she thought of everything you might need while staying at her place, her responsiveness to questions are quick and helpful. The Schoolhouse is well stocked with everything you need! It was the perfect place for our girls’ only getaway!

My teen and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Callie’s cottage. It was beautifully furnished with a designer’s touch while being cozy enough to allow our pups to feel right at home. This was quite possibly the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in - everything was immaculate and logically organized. Access to downtown Dahlonega was easy and convenient. We were equally happy to stay home and enjoy the cottage and its lovely views. So glad Callie’s place is close to Atlanta - we hope to return very soon!

This place is absolutely adorable. The decor is the perfect mix of modern touches and nostalgia. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and she was so in love with the old books and the special touches the schoolhouse has to offer. We all want to return - and soon!
