Loved the proximity to the water. Watched the sea otters every day come up on land for a visit. The walk in and out to the car is steep, just be aware, but well worth it! We will be back. Thanks so much for your hospitality 💜

Magical, serene hideaway. If we get to stay again, we will pack lighter with fewer bags to make the rugged, steep hill back to the car a little easier.

Cute, comfy, and the beach right outside! It is definitely a bit of a trek back up the hill to the parking area, but worth it. :)

What a wonderful house and host. We have strictly done vacation rentals for years now and this experience was the best trip this far. The house is in an excellent location and perfect for our family. Our dog enjoyed the water access and we enjoyed the dog lead to hook him to when he needed a break from constant swimming. We had lots of questions about the history of the property and Joe was great in showing us photos and stories about the home’s history. Well appointed, snug and warm on a chilly night. So much wildlife. We will be going back.

PARADISE! This home exceeds expectations & is one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in; wish I could I’d spend a year here. The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained and very private- feels like you’ve entered into your own fairy world. Inside, feels like a warm happy space you’d find nestled in the woods, with windows allowing natural light, a cozy fireplace to sit and enjoy while overlooking the sound & you can hear the waves hitting the seawall when the tide is high . The beach/lawn out back is fantastic & has a view that’ll set you right into a mind of peace. Dolphins & seals pass by often & we had 1 seal that would swim around in synchrony w my pups running the wall- truly remarkable moment. The walk down/up is not hard if you don’t have mobility issues- I was able to carry over 100lbs in 1 shot up & down myself. It’s actually a good workout if you’re in the mood to go up and down for sport. Shells & sea glass wash up like a gift from nature. I could go on & on how amazing it is!
