Modern apartment Noa II in Villa Valtrazza with pool in center of village Tar The apartment Noa No.2 is located on the first floor of the house and is ideal for families who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It consists of a two double bedroom, a kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The apartment has a free wireless Internet access, air conditioning, satellite TV, sheets and towels. Guests can use the large, fenced, communal garden where are located shared swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower and barbecue. Wir hatten Wohnung 2 und es war seit langen der schlechteste Urlaub denn wir je hatten. Die Wände sind so dünn das man Denkt der Nachbarn steht mit im Zimmer wenn gesprochen wird. Keine Fenster zum Lüften in denn Schlafräumen und die Zimmer sind kleiner als man es von denn Bilder denkt.Mit Ruhe nach 22Uhr schaut es schlecht aus. Die Dusche ist so klein das ich mit meinen 1,85m und normaler Figur Platz Probleme hatte. Der Spiel Raum hat seine beste Zeit erlebt. Wir sind schon 3 Tage eher abgereist da es nicht mehr wie Urlaub war.
We had unfortunate circumstances (l and had to cancel our booking week before our arrival. We contacted the property manger and informed him of the situation and kindly ask to get some kind of compensation or change our booking to a different date as a gesture of a good will from them as this was really unfortunate situation for us . Unfortunately they were not helpful and/ or flexible considering their cancellation policy. Moreover , not very easy to communicate with . Though we didn’t enjoy the property and location , this left is with bad feeling and we will not book again with them when we visit Croatia.

Loved staying in the Noa 2 apartment. The pool is lovely to have, big enough to enjoy with the other guests. There was a small game room with fussball table, pool table, tv and some games which our kids loved. Our two bedrooms had beautiful skylights and tall ceilings. The AC worked very well and we were very comfortable. There was a bakery, small market, fruits and vegetable venders, and cafe with amazing coffee all writhing 2min walking distance of the apartment. And having a guest pass to the camping resorts nearby was an amazing deal! Highly recommend. Owners were very friendly and available to accommodate needs.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft befindet sich zwar ca. zwei Kilometer vom Strand entfernt, mit den Kindern war der Pool allerdings ein toller Ausgleich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und neu. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Villa Valtrazza is a complex consisting of three houses, and each house has three apartments, each of which is suitable for 2-4 persons. All apartments can use a common pool. Per each apartment is provided, a free parking spot. Guests will recive a passport valid for entry for holiday resort Lanterna.
Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile peau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.
