Spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood in the Southern area of Delaware. Guest will have a private room and bathroom (shared). Guest will receive a key during stay. Perfect for events such as Dover Race weekend, medical travel professionals, business trips, College, Fire Fly, etc. Will have access to kitchen to prepare meals, as well as common areas. Has 24 hour security surveillance (common areas) for the safety of the guests. Beautiful, new townhouse in the Smyrna area. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The room for rent is beautiful and has a shared bathroom.

Great place and I love the fact there were some toiletries left on the bed for us to use like we were staying at a hotel.
This was an excellent experience! Check in was easy and Givoni was a great host. Private and shared spaces were very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again if I return to the area.
Givoni was terrific host, check-in was easy, and bed & bath were comfortable, clean, quiet and private.
