What a lovely place to stay. Very clean, everything we needed, comfortable and Adrian is an excellent host and gave us lots of tips and directions to access what we needed in the area. A lovely gentleman with many fascinating stories to tell and his horses and carriages and vintage cars were a treat to see as was his garden. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

Family friendly, dog friendly and an absolute treasure to visit. Wow this was a fabulous stay. What a hidden treasure. The accommodation allows dogs which we love and was in one of the most magic spots you will see in Kerikeri. Peaceful, tranquil and homely and very clean and well appointed. The added bonus is Adrian is the loveliest host with so much local knowledge and is very helpful and friendly. Please make time to ask him about his recommendations we took them and had the best day. He has collected very unique horse carriages and cars that you are unlikely to see in many places in the world especially New Zealand! The Clydesdale horses are so gentle and beautiful nature they are a horse lovers dream to visit too. My main advice is stay longer than a weekend if you can. We will be back we loved it.

We had some contractors stay at the property, it was a great location, Adrian greeted on arrival, property was very clean and had everything they needed. A unique property with his collection of carriages.

This is without a doubt the best place to stay in Kerikeri! It is lovely, comfortable, spacious and clean. Adrian is wonderful host.

10/10! what an amazing place with truly wonderful hosts. The carriage house is a beautiful and spacious place to stay; it has all the amenities, beautiful views, nice cozy big king bed, and horses on the property! If you have time you must get the tour of the carriages and horses! This stunning carriage house is a must stay if you are in or near Kerikeri.
