It was our first stop in mauritius. We planned to travel around the island and stay 2-3 days at each spot. Rajesh was super helpful in organising a scooter and always had good tips. He and his wife even invited us to a dance at their neighbour's weeding (sadly we missed it). Anyhow, great place to stay with some kind hearted hosts. Wish you all best Luca & Stephanie

Unfortunately this left a bitter taste to the last day of my visit in Mauritius. Even though the host was friendly and helped make a booking for an island trip and offered a taxi service to the airport, there were some considerable flaws in the apartment. The apartment was half-cleaned, with hand stains over the doors and windows, stained linen, and mouldy walls and bathroom. There was also no hot water in the night after a long day's travel. In the morning there was hot water, but it did not mix the cold and hot properly - so I could only have either too hot or too cold water. The area, apart from being close to the ferry to the island, was bland and there were not very much things to do around. I saw some of these remarks on their Booking listing, and I am sorry for not listening to them.

Amazing place. You got to book this place. Rajesh is the best host I've met since using Airbnb for the last 10 years. This place looks out to the water and it's in a lovely village. The village is full of nice people. An unforgettable experience.

We really loved staying at Rajeshs apartment. It was very clean and Rajesh and his wife are super nice and always there to help. If you like you can take a trip to ile aux cherfs with a friend of Rajesh - a must do! also you can ask them to reservate a local restaurant for you to get to know mauritian food. we enjoyed our stay very much!
