It’s a very nice house to stay for few nights. Everything is available for sleeping, cooking, washing and relaxing. Perfect, quiet location to visit Moab, Arches and Canyonland if you have a car.

Stayed here for 6 nights in April 2024. At end of a dead end street in a residential area 7 minutes drive south of "downtown." Room was perfect for 1 person but would have been cramped with 2 (double bed has 1 side against wall & only 1 foot of space between foot of bed & other wall). Rain shower was awesome but the handheld showerhead kept sliding down & wasn't removeable. Room had towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kleenex, white noise machine, foldable luggage rack, 2 small trash cans, AC w/ remote, bedding & 4 pillows (all the pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable unfortunately but the mattress was great). Bathroom sink was large but drained very slowly. Off street parking area in front of the house was very convenient. Sylvia was often working in the yard with her dogs & was very friendly. Didn't use communal kitchen & living area except to store my food in the fridge which was large & clean. W/D worked great & were very fast. Excellent value for money! Would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights in Moonflower room. It is small but with storage under the bed and being organised, it was perfect for us. The big advantage was the spacious common area where we could cook our own meals, use the dining area and just hang out in the living room. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Easy access by car to Arches and Canyon-lands national parks. And be sure to check out local hikes on the 128 (Grandstaff hiking trail) as well as the Potash road (Carona arch hike). Close to town and supermarket. Thank you Sylvia, we had a blast!
