This place is nice! If you want a place that is rented to Dominican people as often as foreigners, this place is one of the best places to stay in Luperon. An ‘apartahotel’ is a standard type of hotel accommodation for locals in the DR. Essentially, an ‘apartahotel’ in the DR is an inexpensive hotel with a full kitchen and living room area, like an apartment hotel. If you want an all inclusive resort, stay in an all inclusive resort. They have someone available around the clock to meet folks checking in and to watch any parked cars. If your room is missing any kitchenware, someone will often go get it for you. The cleaning staff or the door people can get someone to fix things within the first day if you ask them to have something fixed. The roof has a solar hot water system that is used to heat water for the showers and sinks. They can turn on the propane water heater upon request if the solar hot water heater doesn’t make the water warm enough. Quiet location, yet right in town!
