Fran was an amazing host, friendly and extremely helpful. It was particularly special to have fresh ground coffee and croissants provided by our host. Who needs to stay in a Generic Hotel chain, when you can stay in a “home from home” accommodation. Well worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay. Fran is a great host who very kindly picked us up from the train station for a small fee, showed us around the place and offered so many great recommendations - walking routes, pubs, cafes, food delivery services. We had everything we could need and more! Good wifi but it’s the perfect place to disconnect. A lovely Easter weekend of scrabble, wine & walks! Thank you, Fran.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting. I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. Fran had provided lots of goodies (milk, cakes, jam, peanut butter and a very tasty loaf). The property had excellent shower and you could fill a bath in record time if you needed a soak. There is ample parking. Hankley Common is a 10 minute drive away, which was ideal for me. I'm looking forward to booking again. Thank you Fran.

Beautiful little place. Perfect getaway for me and my other half. Really private and peaceful. Host was very helpful. Clean and tidy. We really enjoyed ourselves.
