Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again if we visit again. Pros - had everything you need for a short term stay. I appreciated there was extra toilet paper and paper towels so we didn’t have to rush out and purchase those right away. Bed was comfortable. Very clear instructions on finding the place and parking. Cons - you could hear the music/bass of the downstairs restaurant at night so if noise bothers you while sleeping, that might be an issue. The Internet was slow and made using the and anything connected to Wi-Fi harder. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I loved the convenience of being close to a coffee shop, food, and the cute downtown shops.

I've stayed at Cynthia's Loft twice. Both experiences were great. Close to everything in town. Great communicator. This is the place!

We love staying in Cynthia’s lofts! She is an excellent host and bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Above a restaurant but it was not noisy at all-and we were in the loft on a Friday and a Saturday. Within walking distance of everything Grinnell has to offer. Often festivities happening in Central Park. There is a skylight above the bed, but that was not a bother to us as we are early risers.
