We had a great time. There was a 24 h reception with very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and matched the pictures although it felt a bit smaller since the furniture was arranged in a different way. The sauna in the recreational area had very limited opening hours but the pool was nice. Well worth what we payed!

We didn't like the condition of the apartment. It was very dirty, and it wasn't pleasant to shower. Previous occupants had smoked in the apartment, and the smell didn't dissipate. Additionally, the floor was stained from hookah coal. There was no balcony furniture in the apartment, even though it was shown in the photos. The host accommodated our early check-in, even though according to the rules, we were supposed to check in later. We appreciate that!

We had 3 separate bookings with family staying -we family of 4 had booked a transfer with Cihan I advised the transfer was for 11 but when we arrived at airport the transport was not big enough leaving 4 of our family to get taxi. I spoke to Cihan and he was not apologetic or helpful. Secondly, the room definitely was not the cleanest the floors were dirty and not the best having kids walking about the bathroom upstairs wasn’t clean and had an awful sewage smell. The upstairs balcony had cigarette ends that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We had four guests and only 3 towels for the full week so my kids had to share and they did not smell great the white was greish. It would be good to have had some washing up liquid, more fresh towels maybe some air fresheners. The pictures make the place looks great and the room looked like the pictures however it is tired and needs maintenance lots of damaged furniture needs a make over. Also do not appreciate room 92 multiple Hookers

Her şey çok güzel geçti ev fotoğraflardaki ile aynı çok rahat ettik giriş ve çıkışlarda Cihan Bey çok yardımcı oldu kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum bir daha konaklama yapacağım zaman yine tercih edeceğim bir yer.
