Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die schöne Aussicht aus dem 18tem Stockwerk und die Gastgeberfreundlichkeit macht alles wett.

Tuvimos una experiencia fantastica en este alojamiento. Todo el complejo está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos. Ademas las vistas al mar te quedan sin palabras. ¡Excelente estancia! Es un lugar perfecto y realmente lo tiene todo 11/10. Lo recomiendo sin duda!

¡Muchas gracias Maria Asunción y Jorge! Everything was excellent. Fantastic hosts, very easy and quick communications from the start. The apartment is spacious, very clean, quiet, well appointed and exactly as in the pictures with a totally renovated bathroom. The 18th floor views of the beach and sea are fantastic….great sunrises and peaceful breakfasts from the large private balcony. There is heating and each bedroom has a ceiling fan for warmer weather. Great wi-fi and a smart TV. The beautiful Playa San Juan beach and “paseo maritimo” are just in front of the building. The location of the building is also excellent….a 5 minute walk away from the bus/ tram lines that provide access to downtown Alicante and other nearby areas; only a 5-10 minute walk to many local shops and large Mas y Mas grocery store. The entire complex is very clean and quiet as is the large grassy/pool area behind the building. I definitely will return! Thanks for a great stay.

En primer lugar la comunicación con Asunción y Jorge fue muy fluida desde el principio, respondieron a cada una de nuestras inquietudes. La ubicación del depto es inmejorable: frente al mar y en un piso 18. Encontramos el depto muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de nuestra estadía. Las fotos que se publican corresponden exactamente a lo que es el departamento. Para destacar fue el recibimiento personal de Asunción y Jorge. Lo recomendamos ampliamente!!! Y volveremos!!!
